Academy Course: SmartStart Classic
This SmartStart course is designed to help you become familiar with the end-to-end onboarding process for crew and staff members using the SmartStart Classic interface. You’ll learn how to create, review, approve, and manage offers, as well as how to verify Form I-9 documentation within the system.
This course is intended for anyone responsible for creating, editing, or sending offers to newly hired crew or staff; participants in the approval workflow; individuals responsible for verifying I-9 documentation; or anyone who needs a refresher on SmartStart onboarding processes.
In addition to learning how offer creation and approvals work in the Classic SmartStart interface, you will:

- Explore available reporting tools.
