Ed Pak
Ed Pak became General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Â鶹ֱ²¥ in 2026, leading the company’s global legal team and serving as principal legal advisor to EP’s CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Managers. His appointment follows more than 13 years at EP, during which he has been a trusted advisor and a driving force behind many of the company’s most significant initiatives.
Over his career, Ed has developed deep expertise across corporate transactions, commercial contracting, technology and product counseling, intellectual property, data privacy, artificial intelligence governance, and financial regulatory compliance. Known as a pragmatic, business-minded partner, he has built and mentored high-performing legal, compliance and privacy teams across the United States, the United Kingdom, and APAC.
Ed received his BA from the University of California, Davis, and his JD from Loyola Law School, and is admitted to practice law in California. He, his wife and two children reside in Orange County and when he’s not at the office, you might catch him at Chavez Ravine cheering on the Dodgers or in a bunker at the golf course.
