Darren Seidel joined the executive team in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2019 he took on the dual role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role he is the senior executive responsible for leading finance and operations across EP’s global footprint. In his finance role he oversees all finance functions including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, strategy, and M&A. On the operations side, Darren leads a global executive team responsible for EP's core businesses including Payroll, Residuals, and International Operations, as well as leading EP’s AI and innovation initiatives.

Prior to Â鶹ֱ²¥, Darren was the Senior Vice President, International Finance, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. Prior to Warner he worked at The Walt Disney Company holding a variety of leadership positions, from helping lead Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment business in Asia Pacific and Latin America to the head of finance for a Disney Consumer Products business unit.

Darren is on the Foundation Board for Providence St. Johns Santa Monica, the finance committee for the LA Country Club, and the scholarship committee for the employees of the Bel Air Bay Club. Mr. Seidel holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.
